Well, I've started my first full-time semester at Chabot college, and it's been pretty awesome. I'm taking, if you would like to know, English 4, History 7, Jazz History, Psyc research methodology, Voice, Jazz piano, Jazz piano (private lessons with jazz director), and I'm also in the jazz ensemble. School has been pretty jazzed up :P.
Recently, well actually today, I've been looking hymns I can introduce to the college group. I'm beginning to lead the singing on tuesday nights, and I'm excited to bring in insightful and meaningful songs! I found this site: hymnsite.com, and they have allllooott of hymns and their melodies. And this is a hymn I found today:

Hey, maybe I've asked you this before, but do a bunch of "gangsta" wannabes still play dominoes in the cafeteria?
Ugh, just thinking about when I went to that school puts a bad taste in my mouth. I'll have to come to your jazz concert so I'll have something positive to associate with the place! =)
By the way, that last comment was from me (Erica), not Paul. And, I didn't mean to make it sound like Chabot is a really bad school, more like I don't like thinking back on my life when I was eighteen.
aawww lol I wanna watch wannabe gangstas play dominoes! but yea I haven't seen anything like that happen in the cafeteria yet. yay you should come to a jazz concert, but today's practice wasn't so good :(. don't worry though, chabot's bittersweet for me too :P. alittle sweeter than bitter actually.
